How many people can the house sleep?
Sixteen guests comfortably, in 10 real beds across 5 bedrooms — two kings, six queens, and two twins, plus a bonus queen air mattress on-site. No couch sleepers.

When are check-in and checkout?
Check-in is after 3:00 PM with self check-in via smart lock — you get a door code by text. Checkout is by 11:00 AM; ask about late checkout if your flight is later.

Yes — two cars in the driveway and one on the street.
Are the pool and hot tub open year-round?
Yes. The cowboy pool is heated in winter and chilled in summer, the hot tub seats six, and both are available 24 hours.
